The challenge

Travellers want to find a destination, compare flights and hotels, and book a whole trip in one place, on their phone or computer. The travel company behind it needs to run the catalogue, bookings, payments, refunds and marketing without calling a developer for every change.

Our solution

We designed and built two connected applications:

• Customer app: personalised home page, explore destinations by category, one search for destinations, flights, hotels and packages
• Flights and hotels: a cheapest-day fare strip, smart filters, clear fare and baggage rules, room options and reservations
• Packages and trip planner: day-by-day itineraries with attractions, activities, flights and hotels
• Booking and payment: traveller details, card, wallet or bank transfer, e-tickets, vouchers and invoices by email
• After booking: manage trips, cancel or request a refund in a tap, write reviews, saved places and notifications
• Admin portal: users, roles and permissions per module, travel catalogue with an inventory calendar, bookings with status chips and CSV/Excel export
• Money and marketing: payments and refund approvals, promotion codes, banners, push and email campaigns
• Content and reports: banners, FAQs, guides and legal pages with drafts and revisions, sales and booking reports, a full audit log

Highlights

One platform covers the whole journey, from inspiration to the e-ticket in the traveller's inbox. Staff manage every booking, payment and page themselves, and every admin action is audited.
