The challenge

Most organisations run people processes across spreadsheets, a separate attendance system, a payroll package and email approvals. Data is typed again and again, approvals get stuck in inboxes, and nobody trusts the headcount.

Our solution

We built one platform that holds the whole employee lifecycle, from job requisition to final settlement, on one record with one approval engine:

• Employee self-service: check in with location, live leave balances, payslips and tax statements, loans, expense claims and travel requests
• One approval inbox: leave, overtime, claims, timesheets, offers and payroll runs, approved from the inbox, by email or from Microsoft Teams
• HR records you can trust: an HR dashboard across companies, complete employee files, and effective-dated promotions, transfers and salary changes
• Payroll with maker-checker control: variance and exception reports, a second approver, payslips, bank files and journals posted to the ERP
• Recruitment and onboarding: a careers page, candidate pipeline, interview scorecards, online offers and onboarding checklists
• Performance and learning: goals, KPIs, 360 appraisals, calibration, a training catalogue with certificates and expiry alerts
• Executive insight: headcount, cost, attrition risk and a 12-month payroll forecast, plus a drag-and-drop report builder
• Built for Pakistan: PKR, the July to June tax year, income tax slabs, EOBI, provident fund and gratuity, with full Urdu right-to-left support
• Connected and secure: SAP Business One, Odoo, Teams, Slack, biometric devices and a public API; role-based access, masked salary and CNIC data, and a full audit trail

Highlights

Organisation, company, branch and department each keep their own rules, calendars, payroll and approvals, while group leaders can switch between companies or see them all from the top bar.
