The challenge

Hospitals, universities, banks and retailers answer the same questions hundreds of times a day. Email and WhatsApp replies are slow, visitors leave the website without an answer, and nobody has a record of what people ask.

Our solution

We built the Avatara Studio, a customer portal where an organisation's own team builds, tests and publishes an assistant without writing code:

• Knowledge: upload documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and more), add websites, and write curated answers in the organisation's exact words
• Checked answers: a Planner and a Reviewer check facts, names, numbers and prices against the sources before a visitor sees an answer
• Every channel: a website chat widget, voice and live calls, WhatsApp, email and a public API, all from one assistant
• Operations bots: read the mailbox and WhatsApp, sort every message by the organisation's rules, and draft replies that wait for approval
• Human hand-over: visitors can ask for a person, and the chat lands in the Inbox with a summary for the team
• Insights: transcripts with evidence, analytics on top and unanswered questions, ratings and weekly reports
• Enterprise security: data isolated per organisation, two-step sign-in, single sign-on, roles, visitor consent and a tamper-evident audit log
• Your data stays yours: runs on open-source models on the customer's own servers or on the customer's own AI provider key. English and Urdu in text and voice

Highlights

A new organisation goes from an empty workspace to an assistant live on its website in seven guided steps, and a first bot with a few documents can be live within an hour.
